Hey Guys. It was really important to create a simple page on this website with all the information on Mental Health Helplines and Support Resources available to people who are struggling. I know I’ve availed of some of these services myself and some of them are absolutely incredible. Everyone’s experience is unique to them but I wanted to make sure that supports were easily accessible for those who may need it.

Online Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is available to help manage mental health and well-being.
